Sinclair Story Hits MSM In Puerto Rico

In a typical presidential election, the outcome of Puerto Rico's first Democratic presidential primary (it formerly held caucuses) to be held on June 1 would be inconsequential. This year, however, its 63 delegates could make a difference in the neck-and-neck race between Obama and Clinton. The fact that one of Puerto Rico's most popular television programs devoted an entire hour this week to Larry Sinclair's sex and drug allegations against Obama is an indication the story is not fading. Savage Politics describes this development:

Yesterday in Puerto Rico, a bombshell fell on Barack Obama’s hopes to at least win a small percentage of primary votes in said jurisdiction (he was only receiving 20% of support in the polls). This “bomb” goes by the name of Larry Sinclair and his allegations of homosexuality and cocaine use against Barack Hussein Obama, which happened to go ‘prime time’ yesterday throughout the Island . . .

Now, all of this controversy has reached the important primary “State” of Puerto Rico, where the show “Super Xclusivo: La Comay”, the highest rated and most popular show on the island (for the past decade), dedicated an entire hour to the discussion of this story and to the interview of Larry Sinclair himself (you can watch a custom recording of yesterday evening’s airing of “La Comay” by clicking HERE).

There is another aspect to this development and that's its impact on Hispanic voters. Many Hispanic voters are culturally conservative, and they are a critical bloc of voters to Clinton, who must make up for Obama's huge advantage among African-American voters. The story seems to be getting more attention within the Hispanic community. While the mainstream media continues to ignore the story, Sinclair's story is picking up traction on talk radio. Sinclair is scheduled for an interview on Univision Radio's WRTO in Miami tomorrow morning. He's appeared on shows in Los Angeles and New York and Cincinnati's Bill Cunningham show.

Hahahahaha. Before you lose your last shred of credibility and dignity, you might want to point out that Sinclair's allegations were made through a gossip puppet.

I'm guessing that you don't know much Spanish either, because the name "La Comay" is a bit of a joke, too.

The Savage post explains fully the oddity of the show. "A few years back, a highly controversial but popular ex Governor (Pedro Rosello) decided to run again for the Governorship of the Island, but refused to go on said show (Super Xclusivo) saying that he “didn’t speak to dolls”. Because of this, his popularity went down precipitously (also helped by getting ‘ripped’ on a daily basis by the show itself) and he lost the Governorship by a wide margin." The parodies on SNL have had a lasting impact on the images of our presidential candidates, both good and bad.

Randymtx, so does that mean the Obama staffer that enied my claims on todays show through the puppet does not have any crdibility? I am still trying to get the name of the Obama campaign staffer that commented calling me a liar. What is funny is Daily Kos got so scared of this "puppet" that the launched a massive overnight attack on the station demanding they report on todays show that I failed a polygraph and demanded they use the whitehouse.com crap as proof. Which the station caved into after calling me this morning saying they had received good feed back. As late as 11:47 am K.A. with the station claimed all was well and then they run the show they did tonight. Makes you wonder who is running the media huh?

I am so happy that Advance Indiana has had the scruples to tell Larry Sinclair's story. I truly believe this man and have been following the story for quite some time. Obama is not the man whom a lot of you think he is. If you would just do a little research and look up the names Odinga, The New Black Panthers, William Ayres, Brzezenski, the lies that are told in his books, you might not think the "golden boy" would make such a good President. You might even wonder what his true motives are in being President. WAKE UP INDIANA!!!! Again, thank you so much Advance Indiana.

Sorry, but it's hard for me to give any credibility to anybody who refers to the senator as Barack HUSSEIN Obama. It's an obvious and desperate ploy to discredit the man by association, and it comes off as quite infantile. JOHN Wayne Gacy = serial killer. JOHN McCain = ?
As if someone's name foretells whether they'd become a killer. And if that's not what you're saying, what ARE they saying when they refer to his middle name as HUSSEIN? That he has weapons of mass distru....oh wait, that Hussein didn't either.

Seriously, what is the point of emphasizing that his parents gave him the serious political handicap by giving him a name that was shared by an Iraqi dictator. Do you believe he was named after Saddam Hussein as an idol? Even if that were true, which would be strange given that Saddam didn't come to power until much later, should he be responsible for his parents' name choice?

Oh, boy, this is going to be good and funny....go ahead....

We can't forget GARY Gilmore......and what that might mean to anyone named Gary.....obviously just in the case Hussein which is a common name as is Gary, it is meaningless....yet some people insist on trying to draw connections because of name.....I think this whole Larry Sinclair story that keeps popping up here demeans this site and diminishes the reputation that you have worked hard to establish.

Please, Mr. Welsh please try and talk some sense into Andy Jacobs. I couldn't believe he endorsed Obama today--does anyone look or do research this man's background. His unsavory friends some of whom are terrorists.

I believe that Larry Sinclair is very lucid and know what he is talking about. It is not demeaning at all to be talking about this on this site. When all of the information comes out, I hope your statements come back to bite you in the butt. What does Larry Sinclair have to gain? He is terminally ill and wants to do something for America. As Rev. Manning said of Obama, "He's nothing but a MacDaddy". Also, he said, "please do not let this fox in the hen house".
