John Gregg Wants Tax Cut For Businesses

Republican Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Gregg is vowing to cut taxes of all sorts if he's elected governor. Last month, Gregg announced a plan to permanently eliminate the sales tax on gasoline, which would save consumers more than a half billion dollars annually. Now he plans to propose new cuts in the state's corporate income tax. Gov. Mitch Daniels signed legislation passed by the Republican-controlled legislature last year that lowered Indiana's corporate income tax rate 25% from 8.5% to 6.5%. Gregg also said last week that he wasn't having any part of President Barack Obama's evolving position on gay marriage. Gregg insists marriage is between one man and one woman and he supports writing Indiana's current ban on same-sex marriage into the state's constitution. With positions like this, how could Mike Pence possibly outflank Gregg on the right?

It is apparent to me that Gregg will say anything to get media attention...if Gregg eliminates all the taxes, then is he going to close all of our schools and disband the Government of The State of Indiana? Eliminate taxes? -Sounds appealing, but NOT realistic.

-Gregg doesn't seem to have a plan to pay for these things, does he?
