He wanted Cory O'Dell his best friend to be the CFO. He even wanted the library to find a job for his mother. He is not alone. There are other Library Board members who are dirty. Even the Construction Attorny has a history. IMCPL needs an elected library board. Somebody should check out Bowell work for a firm that handled the Welfare to Work program.
