Nope, his voter's guide surveys all Republican and Democratic candidates. It is then distrubted to 3,000+ churches as bulletin insertions.

Advance America's refusal to include Libertarians is intentional and lends itself to destroying the crediblity of the survey. Unfortunately, the church people who get the guides are none the wiser.

Kenn, as I recall, his voter guides only give people information on the voting record of the incumbent legislator, which is slanted in favor of the issues as he supports them. The guide gives no information on a challenger.

Losing candidate is charged with theft and forgery

A Democrat who was one of several candidates who challenged U.S. Rep. Julia Carson in the May primary was charged Thursday with theft and forgery.
Bob Hidalgo, 42, was charged in Marion Superior Court with the two felonies. According to a probable cause affidavit, Hidalgo cashed a counterfeit check for $799.56 at a liquor store on the Far Southside in August.
Investigators determined the company named as the account holder on the check does not exist, the document says.
Hidalgo also has ran for Congress against U.S. Rep. Dan Burton, R-Ind., as Bob Kern.
