Edgar Hoover that is keeping a dossier on people. Consider one of these Privatized/NSA Employees that might decide to keep a private dossier on someone. <br /><br />Certainly one result of all these Mega-Mergers of the Communication Industry, and the Media is the ability to control them. The control would extend to what we can hear and read about the abuses of Government. <br /><br />We could applaud the efforts of our Intelligence community in WW2 in cracking the German and Japanese Military Codes. <br /><br />During the 1960&#39;s Civil Rights Groups and Anti-War Groups were not considered as healthy expressions of Democracy but as anti-status quo and then as Anti-American. <br /><br />Today we see the big picture even more clearly.
