She votes to ensure continued fraudulent elections. She votes for increased taxes and entitlement programs. She'll vote for silly items like naming post offices and federal buildings. Those are important enough for Julia Carson to vote upon. But when it comes to LGBT issues - Nope. She doesn't even bother to push the button and register her vote. It just really doesn't matter to Julia Carson.
