But as long as taxpayers are willing to tolerate the transfer of thie money to rich people instead of the investment of those resources into infrastructure, including the criminal justice system; I suppose it must be the right thing to do. <BR/><BR/>Have you noticed how Jacksonville has imbedded into the country's consciousness since they hosted their Superbowl. Oh, you didn't know Jacksonville hosted a Super Bowl and became a "World Class City" overnight.
