Actually, those economic impact numbers make more and more sense. The amounts reflect the negative impact to the taxpayers. Again, this type of conduct is legalized theft, and we should be able to make citizen's arrests, at a minimum. By what authority do they have the right to give away parking garage revenues. What a scam - yet not one elected official will do more than issue wimpy press releases. I see in the IBJ that they will open the old city hall for an art exhibit during the superbowl festivities. The arts council has $200,000 to date and the BOND BANK will donate $200,000 because they consider it "economic development".

Give me a break !
