People in Wisconsin ...</title><content type='html'>Couple of observations.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. People in Wisconsin were saying Ill-Annoyed as far back as the 1980s, so this isn&amp;#39;t exactly an original campaign.  When it comes right down to it, it&amp;#39;s an embarrassing sophomoric playground taunt.  We should be embarrassed, but we&amp;#39;re not.&lt;br /&gt;2. States like California do not allow non-completes for low level employees.  This has been used,  in part, to explain why the state is so incredibly creative and collaborative.  Perhaps it also explains why we&amp;#39;re not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s time for people in Indiana to get their heads out of their backsides.  We are competing against the world.  We are losing.  Perhaps it has something to do with interstate squabbles like this one.
