I have Republican friends, many of whom have painted this picture in their mind that somehow they&amp;#39;re Libertarian constitutionalists, and they all think the guy walks on water. Ballard&amp;#39;s Generals (The Shadow Government) gave him the orders and he expected the Enlisted Mean and Woman to follow his orders. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would not get very excited about bipartisan meetings. They are meaningless photo-ops. The McMega-Media will be all excited about these photo-ops as proof the system works. How foolish, myopic, and just plain stupid. Those are additional apt descriptors of the outgoing mayor for his political epitaph.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My consolation regarding Ballard is to have recently heard my very politically connected buddy (with both &amp;quot;R&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;D&amp;quot; power brokers) respond to me regarding my queries that the ex-soldier thought he could run for State-wide office and actually win. My friend quickly stated that is not going to occur because Greg Ballard is now unelectable.
