If this proves true, then it is a reflection of a cover-up for one of those "Vangard" members and the Public Safety Director would need to become involved because there is an indication from the original post that there is grounds for a reasonable belief that the highest “Members of the leadership team failed." If true, this matter must be handled with with severe punishment to eliminate any appearance of a culture of corruption or cover-up for cronies.

Not to even mention that, from the posts, it appears to show there is racial preference & special privilege here.

Let me get this straight, he tested .04 BAC Dept policy says termination at .01 or higher if you're operating their vehicle. Plus he used another officers radio number to confuse matters further, and they wait 3.5 hrs before running a test. my calculations show him at .09+ at the time of the stop. I wanna know where he gets his cough syrup...I can't believe the news hasn't picked up on this
