The constables make too much money. If they refuse to spread their wealth around, then the state should step in and limit court costs to the taxpayers. The court costs are basically taxes that are only paid by certain individuals and the constables are getting rich off this tax. What benefit do you see in having the Mrion County Sheriff serving papers?
