McIntosh does not appear to be a resident of Indiana, qualified to vote. I'll be watching this matter very carefully. I wonder what his Board of Elections will declare....

My own opinion, a man who lives with his family in Virginia, whose children attend Virginia schools, and has a Virginia driver's license is a resident of Virginia, NOT Indiana.

That said, how does he hold an Indiana voter registration???

Senator Lugar at least could try to use his continued elective service as Senator from Indiana as a reason for his absence. McIntosh lost his election bigtime in 2000 and then remained voluntarily as a private citizen in Washington DC but still continued to vote in Indiana.

Did he ever vote in person back in Indiana or was it strictly by absentee since 2000? In any case, what kind of ID did he use to vote?
