Even then I don't think I would agree regarding to the Fall Creek Assessor's Office. Unlike that office, at least the Marion County Townships can provide explanations how they arrived at their assessments,even if wrong. According to my apparaiser friend who knows a lot about valuing property, Mr. Michaels coud provide no support whatsoever for how he arrived at the home's value. He said the assessment by Michaels made absolutely no sense. When questioned about it, Michaels seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I couldn't care less if he's gay.
