It was a curious call that he probably should not have made. His demeanor was strange and I would not have been surprised to have learned that he was inebriated or under the influence of a narcotic. He continued to interrupt me, slurred some of his words, seemed to be very agitated and had a difficult time with his logical understanding of the situation. Did the police test him for drugs?
