Just wondering when the ethicist for Gannett (assuming it has one) tells the Star editors the newspaper has a duty to disclose to the public that it's currently in negotiations with the City to provide financial assistance to facilitate the sale and redevelopment of its Pennsylvania Street offices it is in the process of vacating for smaller office space in light of its diminishing subscribers and downsized staff whenever it feins to be an objective source of news regarding economic development activities in this city.
