If our distinguished mayor had a modicum of intelligence and political savvy (there's not a lot of evidence to indicate that at this point), he would pull Paul Okeson in a room and tell him not to speak to the press about this.

Not only that, Gary, the Pacers can't just pick up and leave. The Simons have to be selling the team according to the contract for the termination provision to even apply.
