Ever wonder why the NFL is working so hard to keep New Jersey from getting sports betting?

What would happen to the line if all the East Coast money went to Atlantic City?

What would happen to opportunities to middle if the AC line wipes out the middle room of the Vegas line?

A player isn't gong to leave a 1/2 point on the table at Vegas if AC will give it to him.

What would happen if the AC line disagreed with the Vegas line by a whole point? If players see two lines and one disagrees by a whole point, will players think they were getting pulled into sucker Vegas bets, all these years? If so, who was on the other side of the sucker bets?

Not saying anything improper ever happened, but to see the NFL working so hard to keep the sports books out of AC doesn't look right.
