Carlos then ran back to Ballard and begged for and got a do-nothing job with the city after Ballard worked against him in his congressional race.Gary R. The Democrats had their own local primary races to worry about, namely all of the PC races for control of the county party. Andre's people were getting out people to vote in the Democratic Party. Wayne Harmon got as many votes as he got because most people had no idea who Carlos May was. Like I said, if they had raised questions as soon as he filed, he would have probably pulled his name off the ballot just like he did when I asked questions about his problems in Ohio. Most primary voters didn't want to vote for Scott, but they too many of them didn't know who Carlos was. Tom John wasn't interested in helping him and he had to get the job done himself. He failed. He is so unknown I cannot remember his name yet he garnered 6000 votes. Has he returned to Ohio? There were also quiet little articles mentioning just this tactic in other races and areas of the country, yet no one has had the interest of how and why this was pulled off. There was something wrong with that candidate and primary.
