HB 1011 is against everything that our Governor campaigned on.

It's nothing but a plan to create another layer of government, and TAX AND SPEND.

The results would be more taxes, politicians getting new campaign contributions by the special interest groups, likely increse in violent crime in outlaying areas...(think about the downtown bus stop violence on the weekends) and need for a new Regional Transit Police Force. It also means he'd turn his back on the recently passed RIGHT TO WORK law in Indiana as the bill proposes to put a UNION REP on the new board that has authority to TAX!!!!

Governor Pence could be exhibiting Constitutionally honorable leadership; in a state run by progressives who call themselves Republicans but expand government by real or net measure.

Conversely, Mike Young in the Fox 59 piece, speaks like a tax & spend socialist. Does every business get a guarantee Mr Young, that you'll overstep Constitutional bounds to prop it up in order that the state maintain its tax collections? Why should the state enjoy a "revenue guarantee" which no business has & for which they must pay? What construct of "logic" has you place the interests of the state before those of those who pay its bills? Party of smaller government?

Further Mr. Young, stop misusing the word revenue which applies to earnings & not TAXES on earnings levied by the public sector. Does the IMS think the first hit of tax crack won't lead to addiction? WTF! WTFU (Wake __ __ Up)!

The Republican party is but a figment of their taxation.
