I've interviewed the professional appraiser the bank originally hired to value the lot. His appraisal was removed from the file by one of the bank's officers and replaced with a higher appraisal before documents subpoenaed by federal prosecutors were turned over. The Fact Check website is useless. It continously posted false information purporting to be fact throughout last year's election.
