As a retiree of 33 years, I challenged the Governor at his Fort Wayne IPFW speech, “When are you going to open your ears to hundreds of current and former workers to tell you how to fix the current mess you have made and why only three pages of ‘oops”. He parroted his mantra of the ’worst welfare system’ and then went on to explain the hybrid rewarding workers and the old system denying promotions and advancements. I said, “Not true” into the mic, but he charged on, exclaiming it was true. During the signing, I explained many promotions and pay raises as well as unpaid assignments and special duties that enhanced professional activities. He was unfazed.

The current system is not a “hybrid”…it is a “mongrel” borne of the gang rape of Indiana by a pack of rutting contractors. Just wait until Marion County rolls out…his house will be on fire!

Three pages that's more than I thought he would devote to it! I swear he just cannot admit that he makes mistakes! I mean Daniels had plenty of people telling him that FSSA would fail but he refused to budge! He and Mitch Roob bear the responsibilty for FSSA's failures! Also I dont know if anyone realizes it but IBM will not go away. Barnes and Thornburg should just advise the state to settle now!
