I think Alan Dershowitz is correct in asking that severe disciplinary action be taken against the prosecutors in this case, who incidentally filed a complaint against him with his bosses at Harvard Law School after he criticized her handling of the case. I hope the judge does the right thing now and imposes harsh sanctions against the prosecutors for their serious discovery violations in this case. Gary R. That judge can run roughshod over a defendant, putting him at risk of decades in jail, and it&#39;s &quot;justice&quot; that he&#39;s not guilty? Hardly.<br /><br />It&#39;s &quot;justice&quot; that a state can use the full power and resources of the government to bring a political prosecution? Again, hardly.<br /><br />This case has eroded faith in the American legal system.
