CT: From what I was told, it is my understanding that crime will dramatically decrease after the whole police department attends Straub's indoctrination session.

I also believe you are correct! There is no more theft in our city, just "lost property."

No more burglary, just "vandalism" with "lost property discovered."

No more violent assaults, just "injured people".

No more murder, just "death investigation"

No more arson, just "fire investigation"

No more rape, just a "domestic disturbance"

Of course, now that they have announced to the world they are using high-end bikes as bait to catch bike thieves, they likely won't catch any bike thieves.

There's not too many of these around town, but cyclists can also use these boxers that have good locks on them. You have to call a 888 number to get a 6 digit code to open it up initially and call again for a different code to open it again.
