The 6 million dollares were funds the Mayor didn&#39;t have the legal authority to use for this purpose. By law, only the County Auditor can undertake such a transaction. When the Auditor got wind of the wire transfer, she asked Regions to put a hold on the transaction, which they agreed to do.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
