Average midwestern people. What&#39;s going to happen with the tax increase? My impression is the average working tax-paying Illinois citizen will be hotter than wet hen. Will they turn-up in sufficient numbers at the polls, similar to how the nation responded in the last one?<br /><br />California, New York, and the White House are watching.
