Here is a Republican candidate to ponder...Rev. Charles Harrison of Barnes United Methodist Church and the Ten Point Coalition. That would make for a very interesting mayoral race. The man has all the right credentials and would play well to the demographics in Marion County.

Maybe, maybe not. I think Rep. DeLaney really wants to be mayor, though. I'm not convinced he's using this as a bargaining chip. Guess we'll see.

Also, DeLaney's not going to be a pushover at slating or in a primary. He's used to campaigning.

Don't know why Hogsett would care. Delaney can't beat him in a primary.
