The fact that judges have a duty to send a certify copy of the judgment of a conviction of an attorney doesn't change the fact that the Commission has authority on its own to file charges against those attorneys who have criminal convictions. The notion that the Commission has to wait until a judge reports the conviction to act simply is not true and if you read carefully Witte never says that. You can't tell me the Commission did not know about the Wyser and Page convictions, yet the Commission took no action.Paul K.
