Couple the fiasco of the water company bonds with the required sewer changes mandated by the federal government and we have another perfect storm. Whether Goldsmith and his cronies (back in the saddle) or the Peterson crew, they continue to pillage and plunder the citizens of Indianapolis. One would think that the IURC would have some jurisdiction over how a water company finances itself or even jurisdiction over how a purchase of a water company if financed.
