Other than the chamber of commerce the other supporters are all beneficiaries of the CIB&#39;s largesse. Kudos to the writers for bumping up the number of jobs supported by CIB venues from 66,000 t0 70,000 jobs, always have to appear like they are a growing concern.<br /><br />As others have noted there is always plenty of money when the CIB wants to &quot;gift&quot; one of their pals; pay the Pacers maintenance on Conseco, build the Pacers a new scoreboard or toss some extra cash at the ICVA.<br /><br />The CIB, much like TIFs, has outlived it purpose.
