I don't know who is of what party in this matter. It doesn't matter. What matters is the "disparate treatment".

I'm pleased that we have a country capable of electing a guy that looks different than all the Presidents before him. I don't want only one political party (you think it's bad now!), and definitely don't believe that either conservatives or liberals have a cornerstone on "the truth" and a teflon coating against corruption.

But, explain to me- how does President Obama gets a pass, gets his "disparate treatment" on the issue of his birth and his lack or personal records shared with the public, other than being perceived as black, Democratic, and liberal?

Let's hope that Maldanado does sue the dayligh...

He should simply ask her if she also provided proof of her own citizenship as part of her filing ... (I'm betting that her signed statement was found to be acceptable)

This insanity that we should apply special rules to certain people because of their race, name or background is insane. Either a sworn statement is accepted or it isn't.
