also I have watched county equipment used to dig a pond on 200 n & Anderson frankton road took over 30 days to do so broke a hundred and twenty thousand dollar badger and turned around payed 6,000 to fix took it back out there and broke it again sold at auction for 6,000 dollars WOW...turned a half mile of road back over to the tax payers all because a county forman built a house on it thousands of dollars spent up grading a dead end.....

well I believe someone should go thru these county computers all 92 here in Madison county I have watched so much corruption and John Richwine would for sure be in jail county commissioner north Madison county Indiana from elwood of course......he has let another employee watch a certain political figures horse farm from county computers...
