The notion that Sen. Mike Delph is taxpayer unfriendly is utterly ridiculous. Delph is one of the few people who questioned the taxpayer funded CIB bailout.<br /><br />For exactly the reasons you state, you can&#39;t judge whether someone is &quot;taxpayer friendly&quot; by a budget vote that has tons of things thrown into it that were never subjected to separate votes.Paul K.
