It's just that my first thought when I heard this was that it was going to wind up being a homeless guy blamed for it, and that's exactly what happened. I don't doubt the possibility of that happening. I just can't figure out why that big of a construction site, where finish work was being done and it was close to completion, the place wouldn't have been locked down good at night or there would not have been night security there monitoring the place.Gary R.
