Yo, Cato, sniffing the underware of resident's isn't disturbing to you? How about looking into the hiring requirement that the hiree failed yet was still kept on the payroll....wonder why he was hired? wonder why he was kept on the payroll?

The report indicates a propensity for theft (stealing food & panties), perversion (sniffing underwear), and basically the fact that the subject should have NEVER passed a background screening!!!
