Jim Meeks in these discussions. Meeks led the fight for passage of a constitutional amendment to bar same-sex marriages in Illinois. I haven't heard the Left complaining any about his involvement with faith-based initiatives in the Obama White House.Gary R. I see them as a real blurring of the line between church and state. However, at least the new administration does plan to require the firms to use non-discriminatory hiring practices.
