I'm not excusing what White did. What I've said from the outset is how I abhor selective enforcement of our laws. I don't like that he is being hung for the very same thing other politicians have done, the prosecutors and media know they've done and yet they all pretend the others did nothing wrong while they pompously protest what White did.

None of those you mentioned as not living in their respective representative districts are/were charged with enforcing voting laws, some of the most basic Mr. White knowingly broke. He is, still, supposed to uphold those rules and laws but clearly, not when he is the voter.
