I went to the IG office in person to make a complaint about fraud upon the court and treason by the judge. My modular home was stolen from a storage facility July 15, 2003. The County Prosecutor said he was a friend of the owner and would do nothing. They hired a contractor to the prosecutor's office who came up with a cover up scheme for the theft. The cover up was over a full month after the theft was reported to authorities. The court violated it's own rules and gave the stolen modular home to the thief, saying it was "worthless". The fraud prevailed in court. The worthless house was assessed by the County assessor at $70,200 within a month of the trial. There were no less that 12 requests for adjudicative notice of the fraud scheme.

My attorney (contrary to his duty to remain through appeal) bailed out, recognizing treason by the judge. I continued pro se and the court affirmed the ruling saying my arguement that the august cover up scheme does not explain the july theft "is not cogent".

Thanks Mitch, with government like this, the thieves are the benficiaries, not law abiding citizens.
