First of all, what evidence exists that the state is capable of educating anyone. Secondly, what do you know about the students of IPS to make such a sweeping bigoted statement like "dumb as rocks, etc."? I would bet you have never been in a classroom in IPS, and are basing your "enlightened" views on preconceived notions with no foundation.

Oh they will circle the wagons and protect their own. There's lots of talk about "protecting our children" in Indiana, but not much substance there. I think we should have given IPS over to the State to run and staff years ago. These kids are still dumb as rocks and there is too much gang type mentality.

A proper investigation would ensnare each school board member. Of course, the wagons are circled around the DISTRICT superintendent but I suspect that the school board members are equally guilty.
