But if this cover-up and wrongful death were done by Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Ran Paul, etc., we&#39;d be hearing screeching howls for them to be flayed alive and hung by their thumbs from the Hancock Building.<br /><br />Let&#39;s see how the 1%-er wealthy white privileged old man Rahm Emanuel wriggles out of this one.
