The crime committed was not over 40 years ago and was not alleged since Hastert pleaded guilty. Civil suits will probably take care of Hastert's other older misadventures. As far as any member of the Obama administration admitting to the 'what they did' crime, I am unaware. Then again, I do not watch Faux 'News'.
