By my math he served 44% of his original sentence. The average in Marion County, last I heard, is around 30%.

This isn't an exceptional case where "the ball was dropped" or "egregious errors were made." This is the norm. And I can tell you beyond a doubt that the sex offender registry is extremely inaccurate.
