This is the equivalent of more than $350,000 per Public Space. Add to that the city 'owns the Gargage' and all maintenance and repairs will fall on the city. I want to sell parking garages to Carmel. We average about $70,000/space for the ones we have now. And $27,000 for this one is a real bargain compared to the last garage we bought for Mr. Cordingly.
