Either Clinton would&#39;ve seized the political initiative and responded with military force. In short, either would&#39;ve used our diplomats&#39; murders to look strong, decisive and presidential.<br /><br />This doesn&#39;t mean that I would&#39;ve approved of said military action, just that I do believe that the Clintons -- being keen political operators -- would&#39;ve shrewdly used the situation to their advantage. I am surprised that Pres.
