There were some minor glitches but it primarily was a smashing success. Even conservative pundits were extremely impressed by the speech. Michelle received high marks for her fashion. The various balls were sold out and overwhelming successes. The crowds were huge, possibly as big as two million. Over the world, people gathered to watch the ceremonies and to hear what the president would say. He made it clear. If you attack us, we will respond in kind but we will also reward international cooperation. He is our president for the next 4 years. You dont like him and never will. I hope we have 4 years of you expressing your political differences with him and not petty political sniping over insignificant issues. I am sure that I will not agree with everything he does. I still am not happy about the role played by the anti woman, anti semite, homophobic Rick Warren being part of the day's activities but I did not let it ruin this wonderful day.
