I promise I wouldn&#39;t use the money for anything nefarious like more alcohol. I&#39;d earmark it for the education of my children and cut in a few bucks to David Brooks. Maybe I would build a basketball hoop in the front driveway and charge admission for watching me nail jumpers. Then, get an exemption and call my house a hotel to generate more TIF revenue.
