A former Subway franchise owner says she told Subway several years ago about Fogle's inappropriate talk about having sex with underage girls and asking her to arrange a threesome with her underage cousin. Her attorney prepared an affidavit for her at the time. This woman and her attorney claim Subway said there was nothing they could do about it because Fogle wasn't an employee. When her story aired, Subway said they had no record of her complaint. Someone isn't being truthful.

In the case of Penn State, they were accused of and pretty much admitted to aiding and abetting the coverup of Jerry Sandusky. It wasn't a matter of PSU not vetting Sandusky. Penn State including JoePa knew what was going on. Hence their almost NCAA "death penalty" against their football program.

Pretty serious business. Taylor was really bad. A dozen sexual encounters with minors as young as six in his house. Then he showed the tapes to Jared. Who kept it all quiet, and even shared the videos with others. And he went to New York to have sex with girls ages 16 and 17 for pay. I’m shocked that the charges turned out to be such serious ones. Shocked. Paying 16 and 17 year olds for sex is pretty bad.
