We have a ruling political class considering itself above the very people they are supposed to &quot;serve&quot;, above the laws they force us to live under but from which they often exempt themselves (as in the awful, job killing Obamacare).<br /><br />Except for Scales, I am yet another Marion County taxpayer and voter who has nothing but utter contempt for City County Councilors of any political party, the figurehead called mayor, and every department on down from the 25th floor.<br /><br />This is the heritage of allowing politically powerful attorneys and insiders run the show and pull the levers from behind the curtains.<br /><br />With the help of crooked attorneys at the Marion County GOP, Indy is a failed town full of gut-jarring potholes, decaying neighborhoods, and a dependent class of crony businesses and people in soup lines.<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
