Vermont MCRCC HQ to Ersal&#39;s building on S. Pennsylvania because the E. Vermont space allegedly was rented out requiring a swift, urgent move.<br /><br />Subsequent to the &quot;grass roots&quot; helping move the old HQ to Ersal Ozdemir&#39;s Majestic Building, I noted that the former E. Vermont HQ stood vacant for quite some time... some time longer than would makes sense for the moving reasons given by TJ in the first place.<br /><br />I always wondered what the arrangement between TJ and Ersal was to have the Marion County Republican Party- which seems to be Ersal&#39;s personal ATM- just floors below the millionaire Turkish immigrant&#39;s offices. I always wondered why TJ would take a much more accessible E. Vermont Street location for Ward Chairs to pick up political signage, brochures, push cards, ten day runs, etc., than to select a remote third floor in the clouds office space above the people with expensive street parking all the way around.<br /><br />How much does the MCRCC pay Ersal for rental on that 3rd floor?
