The spillage is uncontrollable and wide-reaching.<BR/><BR/>Left unchecked, these crazies are not finished with legislation. They are emboldened by the pending House floor vote which, frankly, gives them a true shot at ballot position in a year, for the first time since this insane Amendment debate started.
